The definition of an emollient is a substance which is added to cosmetic products to render the skin smoother and softer; a “functional” emollient must contain substances which have at least another action on the skin beyond hydrating.
In our products such action is mainly carried out by Vitamin E but also from other substances such as Zinc Oxide, Ceramides, Phytosterols, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin F, Coenzyme Q10, Lipoic acid, Salicylic Acid, Polyphenols and essential oils from Lavender, Melaleuca, Lime and Oregano.
